Conception Stage: Let’s get this ball rolling!
This is the very first step in building your dream home! You will meet with a Vita Homes representative who will help assist you in the planning and development of your new home. This is when a client’s dream the idea and concept of their new home starts to come to fruition. Conception is the stage where ideas are at their most fluid, but (maybe paradoxically) it also creates the foundation of the construction process. Everything must be done with care to ensure a successful build later. Parts of this step include finding a lot for the build, initial concept pre-designs, and focusing on the blueprint designs of your new home.
Step Two
Design Stage: Now this is where all the fun begins!
You get to discuss your ideal finishes and overall design of your home with a Vita Homes designer who will guide you through the process of bringing your ideas to life! Since Vita Homes is a mid-volume custom home builder, our clients get to meet and deal with all our suppliers directly and visit each and every one of their showrooms to pick everything themselves. We will help guide you through the entire process with our years of expertise while also taking into consideration all the current trends.
Step Three
Construction Stage: Alright, are we ready to actually build something?
Time to dig in the dirt, pour some concrete, bend some rebar, and pull out the power tools. Now the project finally moves from a blueprint drawing to the physical world. This step has the most working parts and deadlines to coordinate. Vita Homes understands that organization and communication are vital here, or you might have someone building a roof before the foundation is poured. It’s in the construction stage that we really push our clients to do visits at their home with a Vita Homes representative to ensure all desires and wishes are being followed and are able to come to life. It also helps the clients become involved in the building process of their home.
Step Four
Pre-Possession: Your home is almost ready!
We will notify you in writing 30 days prior to the possession of your house so that you can prepare. Before the possession, you will receive all final paperwork with the project, set up meetings with the banks and lawyers, and get ready for the big possession day.
Step Five
Possession: The date you have been waiting so patiently for is finally here!
Vita Homes will be releasing keys to you and your family to take possession of your dream home. Congratulations and we hope the home offers a lifetime of fond memories.
